I got married in 1994 to Magdalena Moreno. Phil Willmann and Greg Kiger came down for the wedding. Phil was my best man and Greg took my wedding pictures.
Through the late 1980's until about 2000 I worked on irrigation and agricultural development projects in Afghanistan, Sudan, Haiti, Mexico, Bolivia and Malawi, while also working on my PhD.
We have settled in Tucson, and have two kids; Ariana 11 and Ben 7. I work for the flood control district, and have an adjunct appointment at the University of Arizona in the School of Natural Resources. |
